Suicide Awareness Week is an annual week-long campaign in the United States to inform and engage health professionals and the general public about suicide prevention and warning signs of suicide. People spread awareness to the public to create awareness of this leading cause of death and inspire more and more people to learn how they can play a role in their communities in helping to save lives.
Yellow and orange are the national colors for Suicide Awareness Week and the Semicolon is the icon for Suicide Awareness.
