North Korea has started dropping trash balloons over the border to South Korea prompting local authorities to warn nearby residents to stay indoors. 260 balloons have been dropped so far each containing a plastic bag full of trash. These balloons have been found in 8-9 provinces in South Korea and they are currently being analyzed. Some balloons were believed to hold feces, batteries, dark soil, toilet paper, and other miscellaneous pieces of trash.
