Disnyeland is a very fun and interesting place to have fun and make memories. But Disneyland has a specific night dedicated to Valentine’s day. This night is called Sweethearts night. Sweet Hearts began January 23. They also happen at 25, 30 of January and then in February at 1,6,8,12 and on actual Valentines day on the 14th. Sweet Hearts night is very well decorated. This includes the castle and main street being lit up. They are lit up with red and pink colors with hearts. They also have treats to honor Valentine’s day. They have heart shaped treats and other really cute snacks. They also have some limited edition souvenirs to take home. This includes a super cute popcorn bucket as well followed up with many other cute accessories. Sweet hearts night also sells ears and jackets for the occasion. The ears are pink and red with hearts and there is also another one that has bubbles and pink hearts which I think it’s very cute. When entering into sweet hearts the workers give you a lanyard with cute hearts and minnie and mickey mouse on it so that they know you are there for the event. They also give you a menu of all the cute snacks. Sweethearts night also has a parade honoring all the disney couples. Some even come out just to dance and show their love for eachother. Sweet hearts night is only at disneyland and not California. California has another event honoring the chinese new year, they also have a water show dedicated to the chinese new year and they sell treats and have booths to honor the occasion. Sweet hearts night also allows you to enter the park at about 6-7 pm early to enjoy the rides and other attractions. But the valentine’s day event doesn’t happen until 9 pm. Sweet hearts night also has really cute photo attractions to share with your family and friends. They still have their firework show and other shows but they are slightly changed to honor Valentine’s day. Disneyland sweethearts night start at 139- 215 dollars. This is because the event only happens once a year and they sell quickly because of the couples and friends wanting to go. I think that it is an amazing attraction to spend time with your loved ones and to have a good time. Remember this is only at disneyland and not california disneyland. Disneyland California has some attractions regarding valentines day but not as much as disneyland.
